1. Mumbai Terror Attacks - November 26, 2008: Ten heavily armed terrorists, belonging to Pakistan-based terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), carried out a series of coordinated shooting and bombing attacks across Mumbai, India's financial capital. The attacks lasted for four days and targeted iconic landmarks like the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, the Oberoi Trident Hotel, the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station, and the Nariman House Jewish community center. A total of 166 people were killed and over 300 others were injured in the attacks.

2. Pulwama Attack - February 14, 2019: A suicide bomber affiliated with the Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) targeted a convoy of Indian security forces in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The attack resulted in the death of 40 Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and injured several others.

3. Uri Attack - September 18, 2016: Four heavily armed terrorists, suspected to be members of JeM, targeted an Indian Army brigade headquarters in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir. The attack resulted in the death of 19 Indian Army soldiers and injured several others.

4. 2011 Mumbai Bombings - July 13, 2011: Three coordinated bombings took place in Mumbai, targeting the Opera House, Zaveri Bazaar, and Dadar West areas of the city. The attacks were carried out by members of the Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorist group and resulted in the death of 26 people and injured over 130 others.

5. 2006 Mumbai Train Bombings - July 11, 2006: Seven synchronized bombs exploded on Mumbai's suburban train network during the evening rush hour. The attacks were carried out by a group of Islamic extremists and resulted in the death of 209 people and injured over 700 others.

15. 2019 Sri Lanka Bombings - April 21, 2019: A series of coordinated bombings took place in churches and luxury hotels across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, killing over 250 people and injuring hundreds more. The attacks were carried out by Islamist extremist group National Thowheed Jama'ath (NTJ).

23. 2014 Jammu and Kashmir Bombing - December 5, 2014: A car bomb exploded near an Indian Army convoy in the Banihal area of Jammu and Kashmir, killing 4 Indian Army personnel and injuring several others.

24. 2013 Hyderabad Bombings - February 21, 2013: Two bombs exploded in a crowded market area of Hyderabad, killing 17 people and injuring over 100 others. The attacks were carried out by a group of terrorists affiliated with the banned organization, Indian Mujahideen.

31.1999 IC-814 Hijacking - December 24, 1999: A group of terrorists affiliated with the extremist organization, Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, hijacked an Indian Airlines plane en route from Kathmandu to Delhi, and forced it to land in Kandahar, Afghanistan. The hijacking lasted for 7 days and resulted in the release of several militants, including the group's leader, Masood Azhar.
